Fast growing real estate development company is looking for a highly versatile and experienced Project Manager to help manage construction projects from start to finish
Construction project management experience is needed
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Managing all construction projects
- Obtaining contractor bids
- Making sure construction projects are on track and on schedule
- Manage materials, designs, timelines and budget
- One off material pickup and delivery to sites
- Checking in on projects daily and pushing timelines
- Scheduling different trades and making sure things are moving
Skills include (but not limited to):
- Extremely Organized and detail oriented
- Reliable and able to hit timelines
- Construction PM Experience
- Clean driving record
Compensation: $3k-$8k/month depending on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
